Our Director- Jay Lee is committed to deliver training for each of instructors weekly to leverage the skills. All the routines must approved by the Director to ensure the consistency quality.

Group Class (1:4)

Small group sessions 1:4 that offer a balanced workout for all participants with different levels available at whole day schedule.

Private Class (1:1/ 1:2)

One-on-one or one-on-two training tailored to the client's needs, level and condition after assesment using all available equipment.
