What services do you offer?

We offer small 1:4 group classes, duet 1:2 classes, private 1:1 classes. We also offer Pilates Teacher Training Course for those that are interested in becoming a certified Pilates Instructor

Where are you located?

We have two branches in Melbourne CBD and in Glen Waverley.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! We offer two different levels for group classes, level 1 and level 2. Level 1 is perfect for beginners or those returning to Pilates. We focus on mastering basic movements and breathing techniques.


Booking & Payment

How do I book a class?

Booking for your class in advance is necessary. Our booking system is available on the Minbody App. Booking for your class in advance is necessary!

Do you offer memberships or class passes?

Yes! We offer 10, 20, and 30-class passes for group classes, and 4, 8, 16, and 32-class passes for private classes.
We also offer an autopay option, which can be joined through the MindBody app.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

We have an 18-hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes.
We require notice within this timeframe; otherwise, the class pass may be deducted as a late cancellation.

Before Class

What should I wear or bring to class?

Fitted wears are recommended as the instructors need to observe your breathing and posture. Non-slip socks are essential to prevent the risk of injury from the equipment and also for hygiene reasons. We also offer Non-slip socks for $15 for those who do not have them.

How early should I arrive before class?

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your class starts.

Are latecomers allowed?

For safety and to minimise disruptions, the door will be locked 10 minutes after class begins.

Is parking available?

There is a communal parking area across from the studio in Glen Waverley, and street parking is also available.
More details will be shared upon inquiry.

Please note that there are no designated parking spots near our City studio. We kindly ask that you find parking independently.

I’m pregnant or have an injury, can I still join?

Yes, absolutely! Our classes are tailored to suit individual needs and physical conditions.
Just let us know in advance so we can ensure a safe and supportive experience for you.

Are classes suitable for all ages?

Our classes are generally suitable for most age groups; however, Pilates may not be ideal for very young teenagers, as their bodies are still developing. We recommend reaching out to us so we can assess whether the class is appropriate for your child's age and physical condition.

Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?

No, you don’t need to bring anything! We provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, props, and any tools you'll need for your session.
You're welcome to bring your own mat or towel if you prefer, but it's completely optional.

What’s your refund or cancellation policy?

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals including family members.
Group Class: 18-hour cancellation policy
Private & Duet Class: 24-hour cancellation policy
Late cancellation is allowed only if the medical certificate is submitted.
